ECLEARNIX has successfully reached over 4,00,000 learners through extensive marketing efforts. However, active usage, user retention, and overall engagement levels remain moderate. This challenge focuses on optimizing the existing ECLEARNIX app through small, high-impact improvements, rather than pursuing a complete redesign of the platform.

Participants are required to download, explore, and critically analyze the ECLEARNIX app from both a business and user experience perspective to identify usability issues, missing features, and engagement gaps. Based on these insights, participants should propose simple, user-focused and business-viable enhancements that can be implemented without major architectural or platform-level changes.

Goal: The objective is to strengthen what already exists, enhance the overall learning experience, and improve user engagement while aligning with product value, customer experience, and business impact—not to rebuild the platform from scratch.
