B.E. / B.Tech / Ph.d – Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Robotics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Marine Engineering, Mining Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Structural Engineering, Environmental Engineering and engineering core allied branches.
Round 1
- Submit Team Details and Project Title
- Timeline: August 12 – September 15, 2025
- Upon successful submission, a Team ID will be issued via email/ECLearnix app.
Round 2
- Submit a maximum 300-word abstract (PDF format)
- Evaluation will be based on originality and clarity
- Timeline: September 16 – October 12, 2025
Round 3
- Submit a 5–10 slide presentation (converted to PDF)
- Top 20+ teams will be selected for live presentation before expert jury
- PDF Submission Timeline: October 20 – November 5, 2025
- Presentation Window: November 10 – November 20, 2025 (Online)
- Each team will have 10 minutes for presentation + Q&A
