Eligible Departments
B.E. / B.Tech / Ph.d – Computer Science & Engineering, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Internet of Things (IoT), Software Engineering, Cloud Computing, Computer Applications, Blockchain Technology, Augmented & Virtual Reality, Game Development, Web Development, Mobile App Development, Big Data Analytics, Embedded Systems, Digital Systems Design and other software/IT allied branches.
Round 1
- Submit Team Details and Project Title
- Timeline: August 12 – September 15, 2025
- Upon successful submission, a Team ID will be issued via email/ECLearnix app.
Round 2
- Submit a maximum 300-word abstract (PDF format)
- Evaluation will be based on originality and clarity
- Timeline: September 16 – October 12, 2025
Round 3
- Submit a 5–10 slide presentation (converted to PDF)
- Top 20+ teams will be selected for live presentation before expert jury
- PDF Submission Timeline: October 20 – November 5, 2025
- Presentation Window: November 10 – November 20, 2025 (Online)
- Each team will have 10 minutes for presentation + Q&A
