Eligible Department
- B.Sc / M.Sc / Ph.D – Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Statistics, Biology, Environmental Science, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Psychology, Geology, Electronics, Nanoscience.
- B.A / M.A / Ph.D – English, Tamil, Hindi, History, Sociology, Political Science, Philosophy, Economics, Journalism, Mass Communication, Anthropology, Public Administration, Fine Arts, Performing Arts and other arts and science allied branches.
Round 1
- Submit Team Details and Project Title
- Timeline: August 12 – September 15, 2025
- Upon successful submission, a Team ID will be issued via email/ECLearnix app.
Round 2
- Submit a maximum 300-word abstract (PDF format)
- Evaluation will be based on originality and clarity
- Timeline: September 16 – October 12, 2025
Round 3
- Submit a 5–10 slide presentation (converted to PDF)
- Top 20+ teams will be selected for live presentation before expert jury
- PDF Submission Timeline: October 20 – November 5, 2025
- Presentation Window: November 10 – November 20, 2025 (Online)
- Each team will have 10 minutes for presentation + Q&A
