To support its vision of building a modern, agile, and employee-friendly workplace, there is a need to develop a smart, centralized, and cost-effective digital solution. This solution will unify all essential HR functions into a single platform, driving better communication, automation, and a more people-centric culture at ECLearnix—while staying aligned with the company’s budget and scalability goals.
